How Can We Help You?
We specialize in two areas, i.e. crisis psychology and crisis intervention, and financial psychology.
We provide individual and group support (crisis intervention, psychotherapy, crisis and development mentroring) in the form of 1-on-1 sessions, group sessions and open and dedicated training for organizations. We work in English and Polish.
We invite coaches and mentors to our proprietary training: Crisis Consultant™ for emotional crisis support.
Meet Our Experts
Elżbieta Kluska-Łabuz (PhD)
I am a psychologist who combines scientific and research work with practice.
For many years I have been affiliated with the SWPS University in Warsaw, where I received a PhD in social sciences in psychology.
Additionally, I am a crisis intervener, accredited crisis coach/mentor, trainer specializing in stress and crisis, and entrepreneur. I completed a certified course in Psychological First Aid (PFA) by Johns Hopkins University in the US.
I am currently pursuing a four-year holistic psychotherapy course at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, which entitles me to apply for a certificate as a psychotherapist from the Polish Psychiatric Association. I am a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association and the Scientific Section of Psychotherapy of the PTP.
I co-founded the Instytut Pozytywnej Terapii Kryzysu™ [Positive Crisis Therapy Institute] and the Coaching i Mentoring Kryzysowy™ [Crisis Coaching and Mentoring] model, which was created by combining classical coaching with elements of crisis intervention, and I am president of the Polish Society for Crisis Intervention and Coaching.
Piotr M. Łabuz
My passion is psychology (primarily in its practical dimension).
I am a graduate of SWPS, where, as part of my studies in the psychology department, I completed, among other things, a specialization in crisis intervention (I also completed postgraduate studies in this area).
The sphere of my scientific interests is mainly the turn of mid-life and the psychology of investing.
I am the co-founder of the Instytut Pozytywnej Terapii Kryzysu™ [Positive Crisis Therapy Institute] [Positive Crisis Therapy] and the Coaching i Mentoring Kryzysowy™ [Crisis Coaching and Mentoring] model, which is based on a combination of classical coaching and elements of crisis intervention.
As a coach (more than 1,000 hours of practice), I combine the knowledge and experience of a psychologist and crisis interventionist with more than 20 years of business experience.
As a lecturer, I taught for many years at the “Crisis Intervention” postgraduate program at SWPS University in Warsaw.
